HELLO PARTY PEOPLE!!!

Welcome to Freak Flag Episode 2, WE NEED TO REST, with Julia Albain!!!! Julia is a gifted Reiki master practitioner and teacher, folk herbalist, and energy healer (among other fantastic magical things), as well as (we don’t mention this in the episode but I feel to tell you) my current pottery bestie here in Santa Fe. • moving beyond the framework of ideas of good & bad

• becoming more clear and neutral with language, including beginning to speak from sensation, which opens more possibility

• collective body trauma, how at the surface it is these days, and why that is a “good” sign and can be hopeful

• what it means to be alive in a “post-healing” society, why that’s actually exciting, and why creation is more important than ever
