hey hey PALS!

new episode comin’ atcha. I have literally been daydreaming about this episode since the very inception of Freak Flag in Jan. 2022, and I decided NOW IS THE MOMENT. “DO IT NOW—YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN THE WORLD WILL EN”

{It was better as a graphic, but I have the screenshot on my phone and my phone is not with me. C’est la vie—you get the idea.}

No guest, no notes, no intro, no outro—I am going rogue & recording a lil’ Kath Chat.

TOPLINE:

Affirmations are the flower essences of the word world.

Gentle and strong.

Subtle until they’re not.

Kind of like all that “think it and it shall be” stuff but EVEN SOFTER.

No need to white knuckle this stuff, my dear. You can just have a handy lil’ phrase to pick up a few times a day, and faster than you might imagine, things will shift.
